At Moto Joy, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Any cancellation or return of Products by a customer shall be governed by the terms outlined in this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. Customers are requested to carefully read and understand these terms before initiating a purchase on the Platform.
If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use or use the Platform further. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy without modification.
In cases of Extenuating Circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events, Moto Joy will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
Please note: Orders placed during a “promotional sale” are not eligible for cancellation.
1. Cancellation by Moto Joy
Moto Joy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations where an order may be cancelled include, but are not limited to:
- Product or quantity not available
- Service not available
- Errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product information
- Issues identified during order processing
- Need for additional verification or customer information
If additional information is required, Moto Joy will contact the customer. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account.
Promo codes used during purchase will not be refunded in case of cancellation by either the customer or Moto Joy.
2. Cancellation by the User
Customers may request cancellation of an order; however, Moto Joy reserves the right to accept or reject such requests.
If Moto Joy receives a cancellation request before the order has been processed, the order will be cancelled, and the full amount will be refunded within a reasonable time.
Once an order has been processed, Moto Joy will not be able to cancel it.
Moto Joy reserves full authority to determine whether an order has been processed, and the customer agrees not to dispute this decision.
3. Bulk Order Cancellations
Moto Joy reserves the right to cancel any order classified as a ‘Bulk Order’. Promo codes used on such orders will not be refunded.
An order may be considered a Bulk Order if it meets any of the following criteria (non-exhaustive list):
- Products are ordered for commercial resale, not personal use
- Multiple orders for the same product delivered to the same address
- Large quantities of the same product ordered
- Invalid or incomplete address provided
- Any malpractice or suspicious activity while placing the order
Terms of Cancellation
A. Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Customers may fully or partially cancel an order before it has been dispatched from Moto Joy.
- Once Moto Joy hands over the product to the Logistic Partner, the customer will receive a unique tracking ID to track the shipment status.
- To cancel before dispatch, the customer must contact Moto Joy Customer Care via call or WhatsApp (Mobile No: xxxxxxxx) and provide the order number for smooth processing.
Refund Charges
- All refunds (except refunds made to Moto Joy Wallet) are subject to a 2.5% payment processing fee charged by payment gateways.
- If the order was placed using EMI or third-party financial providers, additional processing charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
B. Cancellation After Dispatch
Moto Joy does not accept post-dispatch cancellations, except under verified extenuating circumstances mentioned above.
If the product has already been delivered, customers may return it as per the Return and Refund Policy, provided all conditions of that policy are met.
