The following terms apply to the return or refund of all products purchased from Moto Joy. Unless specifically stated otherwise in a product description, all items will follow the policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

  • If the product you receive is faulty, has a manufacturing defect, or if a wrong item has been delivered, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
  • A full refund for that product will be issued only if a replacement is not available in stock.
  • In all other eligible cases, only replacement will be provided, not refunds.

2. Shipping Charge Refund

  • If you return a product, the shipping charge you paid to send it back will be refunded up to the lower of:
    • The shipping cost we incurred while sending the product to you, or
    • The shipping cost you paid to return the product.

3. Sale & Discounted Products

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Order Cancellation

  • If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, a 2.5% cancellation charge will apply.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Moto Joy will process all approved refunds or returns within 5–10 business working days.
  • The actual time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Reporting Damages or Issues

  • Upon receiving the product, please check immediately for:
    • Damage
    • Size issues
    • Manufacturing defects
  • Any such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to our customer support team at +91 XXXXXXXXXX.

7. Return Window

  • Once approved, the returned item must be shipped back to us within 10 days.

8. Unboxing Video

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package.
    This helps support your claim in case of damages or wrong product delivery.
