Order Processing & Dispatch

We guarantee dispatch of all orders within 48 hours of successful purchase.
Please note that dispatch times may be slightly delayed during festival holidays, public holidays, or promotional sale periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a unique tracking ID. This allows you to track your shipment status in real-time.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery typically takes 2 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Logistics Partners

We ensure safe and reliable delivery through the following logistics partners:

  • DTDC
  • India Post

Door delivery depends on the service availability of the logistics partner in your area.
If door delivery is not feasible, the customer will be required to collect the shipment from the nearest delivery hub. The logistics partner will contact you if such a situation arises.

Express or International Shipping

If you require express delivery or international shipping, please contact our customer care team during the ordering process.

Delays & Support

If your order is experiencing significant delays beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to our customer care team for assistance.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If the customer is unreachable or does not respond to calls from the Moto Joy team or the logistics partner during delivery attempts, shipping and payment processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns

We do not offer return pick-up services.
Customers must send return shipments to the address mentioned on our Contact page.

Sale Period Orders

Orders placed during promotional sale events may experience additional delays due to high order volume. For updates regarding delays, kindly contact customer care.
